The 46th Nature-Health Fair with healthy lifestyle contents presented by 288 companies from 21 countries attracted the same number of visitors as last year - 24,000. We did expect some more, but beautiful weather and the beginning of the Feast of St. Martin diverted them elsewhere.

This year again, Community Health Centre Ljubljana and Secondary medical school from Ljubljana are present at the Nature-Health Fair with their prevention programmes. Students will inform visitors about the importance of the self-examination of breasts and testicles. Mammography is available for women over 50, virtually the only way of detecting breast cancer with women over 20. Young volunteers will inform visitors on different kinds of cancer.

Want to measure your blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar and cholesterol, waist circumference? Get your ECG? Visit the exhibition space of the Society for Health. You will get useful advice and health information materials by the society and the magazine Za srce (For the Heart).
